The Hunger Games

I just finished another book...I am like the Reading Queen right now. (Don't worry I have many more books to read) Now this book is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Yes..I am just now done with that book and they are already making a movie. Winning means fame & fortune. Losing means certain death. The Hunger Games have begun...There are 12 districts in North America and lies a nation of Panem. The Captiol is a hash and curl place. Every year one boy and one girl between the ages of 12-18 is pick to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV. (MEAN!!) For 16 year-old Katniss Everdeen is a death sentence when she steps forward to take her younger sister, Prim's place in the games. But for Katniss who has been close to death and survival before this is second nature. Without meaning to she becomes a contender. But if she is to win she will have to start making choices that weigh survival against humanity and life against love. I love this book!!! I can't wait to read the second one. This book will have you craving for  more. Your eyes will be glued to this book til midnight when your parents tell you to go to bed! All I can say it is wonderfully written & a must read book!!!! I bet the movie will be too...once it comes out at least. LOL :) Keep on reading those books & if you have any books you think I would like, please tell me. I am always open to a new book!
